Kaarina joins Roots to Thrive with many years of administrative experience in medical and not-for-profit organizations. She is a “behind the scenes” type of person, quietly making sure participants and team members alike have the things they need to succeed. Kaarina finds joy in being resourceful as well as being a compassionate listener. Looking after the day to day operational details of RTT and being a supportive touchstone for participants is a perfect blend of her favourite things.
Kaarina’s most loved activity when not at work is knitting. Texture and colour and the art of creating something from something else makes her feel happy and grounded.
